Do you want to participate in shaping your community’s economic future?
The Bowater Transition Advisory Team is looking for your ideas, comments and thoughts on how the region can create jobs and diversify the economy of Queens and Lunenburg counties, and surrounding area following the end of Resolute’s forest operations.
The advisory team invites all members of the community to participate. Public discussions are scheduled for:
Monday Sept. 24 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Location: Best Western Plus,
63 Queens Place Drive, Liverpool, NS
Thursday Sept. 27 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Location: Days Inn
50 North Street, Bridgewater, NS
The sessions will follow a round-table format. A facilitated group discussion will ensure everyone’s ideas are heard and shared.
